Refund policy

Cancellation

Yes, if there was a mistake or you changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 10 hours of completing your payment.

Please email us at info@hydrohealth.co letting us know why you decided to cancel your order with the subject line "Please cancel my order" as well as provide us with your order number.

Once your order has been shipped, we are no longer able to cancel it. You will need to wait for it to arrive and then initiate a return by contacting our customer service team at info@hydrohealth.co.

Returns

If in the less than 3% chance you decide to return your purchase. We do offer hassle free returns when your hydrogen water bottle is unused (for hygienic reasons) and still in its original packaging within 60 days from the purchase date. You can contact our support email info@hydrohealth.co and we will give you the return address. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Please reach us via email and a member from our customer care team will assist you through this process. Your customer care representative will let you know in advance what your refund total will be and answer any questions you might have.

Returned products that do not pass our inspection process may be eligible for a partial refund. We are not responsible for the shipping fee to send back any product deemed ineligible for a refund or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items


Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order if you notice any items that are damaged, or defective, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us the ability to evaluate the issue and make it right!

We do not offer refunds for our lifetime protection plan, warranty, gift cards, charging cables, clothing items, hats, or bottle protection sleeves.

We do not offer refunds for any shipping or handling fees.

Refunds

All refunds will be automatically returned to your original payment method. A member of our care team will let you know once your refund has been processed. Please note it may take 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to post your refund to your account.

A 15% restocking and recertification fee for opened packages will be assessed during the return process. A member from our customer care team will let you know in via email.
